On Tuesday 2^nd December, Mr Wheeler and Miss Horide took 17 Year 8 athletes to the borough indoor athletics competition. The boys' team finished 5th narrowly missing out on a medal by only 8 points!

The girls' team were leading the competition at the halfway stage after a very impressive performance in the field events. They ran well on the track to secure silver medals for the team and Mayfield's first set of medals in this competition in a very long time!
