On Friday 20^th June 2025, the P.E department took some of Mayfield's Year 7 and 8 students to a SEND School’s Hockey Festival at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. Our students got the opportunity to take part in some hockey activities led by England coaches.

All students did extremely well considering this was their first time playing hockey. We also managed to meet some of the women in the England Hockey squad and watch them in their training session.
