On Thursday 21^st March 2024, the Staff at Mayfield went head to head with the Sixth Formers in a rematch of October’s 'Wear it Pink' charity Netball match.

Both teams were strong, but the Sixth Formers stormed ahead in the first quarter. The staff came back fighting, with defenders making amazing intercepts and the shooters converting them in the second and third quarters. The sixth formers kept their lead, albeit slim, with shooting prowess from the likes of Tia and Lateefah.

The final quarter was tense, with one goal in it for most of the time. The end result went the way of the Sixth Formers, taking the win by two goals. This means it is 1-1 for match wins - stay tuned for the final showdown of the year to decide who takes the bragging rights!
