On Wednesday 21^st June 2023 the Year 9 and 10 Athletics teams competed in the District Athletics competition at Ashton Playing Fields. The hard work the athletes put in definitely paid off, as they won some medals.

Danthika H. in Year 9 won gold in the 200m and Renee C. won silver in Javelin, as well as bronze in the 300m. Ayaan H. who is also in Year 9 won bronze in the 100m.

Kate B. in Year 10 won bronze in long jump and Gilbert Y. won gold in long jump. This was a great achievement by all and good practice for our upcoming Sports Day.
