The U16 netball team had their first friendly game against Barking Abbey on Monday 29th November. 

The game got off to a great start, with Mayfield leading the first quarter by 5 goals. As the game progressed, Mayfield did really well to defend the opponent’s shooting semi-circle.

During the third quarter, Mayfield’s counter attack was strong. Some excellent shooting was made by Tia B. (Player of the Match) and great attacking play was seen by Asina T. (Coaches’ Player of the Match).

The entire team did extremely well and managed to win the game 16-2!
