On Tuesday 2^nd and Wednesday 3^rd October 2018 Mayfield School were lucky enough to have Redbridge Drama Centre onsite performing their spectacular play titled "Help Me, I'm Normal".

Help Me, I’m Normal is a touring production for schools produced by the Redbridge Drama Centre. It explores a number of issues around mental health including self-harm, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and eating disorders. The play also explores the effects of social media, exam pressure, body image and relationships on the mental health of young people, as well as the stigma and discrimination they can experience as a result.
