Insurance Premium
An Insurance Premium is payable for every booking, as follows:
Hire Fee Premium per day
Up to £100 £5.00
Up to £200 £10.00
Up to £300 £15.00
Up to & above £400 £25.00
Security Deposit
Refundable if there are no breakages and if the booking time is not exceeded: £300.00
Non-Refundable Deposit
This is paid when the booking is initially made: Charge of the first 2
hours.
Internal Bookings
20% subsidy applies to staff functions and extended schools activities during
out-of-school hours.
Block Bookings
Block bookings may be eligible for a discount of up to 30% (given at the discretion
of a member of SLT and the Bursar).
